Some of our tips and tricks of the trade:
* Choose a property that does not have a Homeowners Association. If the property you choose has an HOA, please refer to the CC&R’s regarding rental restrictions.
* Pools are a must! Properties with pools have greater income potential. Hot Tub’s or inground spas are also a big hit with guests!
* We always recommend King-size beds and TV’s in every bedroom.
* A properly furnished home will make a guest feel like they never need to leave. We highly recommend game tables such as pool, shuffleboard or Foosball. Outdoor games and bikes are a huge plus as well.
We will treat your property like it is our own. We do not allow guests to bring pets or smoke at any of our homes. Our start up service includes staging, professional photos with a video and digital floor plan. After each check out, we perform a full maintenance check on your home. Our owners are able to be as involved as they would like, or they can give us the reigns and we will work our magic!
Chris is originally from the midwest. He relocated to Mesa, Arizona six years ago after falling in love with the climate. He has a wide knowledge base and is experienced in HVAC, pool equipment and general property maintenance. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in the short term rental market. Chris oversees the day to day property operations, inspections and quality control.
Shannon is from the Pacific Northwest. She and her husband purchased a second home in Mesa, Arizona a few years ago. They turned their second home into a vacation rental and have been able to earn an income when they are not staying in the property themselves. Shannon has a real estate and property management background along with an eye for detail that will help make your home shine. She brings a lot of back end knowledge to the table and her specialty is working with both owner and guest relations from start to finish.
